I have been a Nova Scotia resident and an avid reader all my life. I discovered Jane Austen’s works later than others but made up for lost time by devouring her six novels and as many adaptations, sequels, and fan-fiction stories as I could find. In the midst of all that reading, I realized, ‘Hey, perhaps I can do that!’. The rest, as they say, is history ... her-story ... my story ... and that story is titled Mr. Darcy Takes the Plunge.
